I have a brand new dell inspiron E1505 and i cant get the interface cable to connect to the PCM.What could be causing that? I have the USB drivers installed.

I know you've said the drivers are installed, but please double/triple check 1 more time that both MPVI A & MPVI B are installed...if that doesnt work check your cig lighter fuse...if that doesnt work try on a different supported vehicle to make sure its a laptop/hardware issure rather then a specific vehicle issue.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Still cant get it to connect with the new laptop. It will work with my old laptop.
