    2015 RAM 5.7 Turbo issues

Hello all, I'm new to stock ecu tune, I'm more familiar with standalone ecus. and I'm having problems with this Ram.
First, when it has boost something is closing the throttle body and making the AFR very lean, it happens on WOT around 4,800rpm and around 3,800rpm with partial throttle. After it happens the engine starts to misfire and has a bad idle, then I turn off the engine reset the adaptation turn it on and everything is fine again. I'm using a 2 bar map from SRT-4, stock injector but somebody did a job on injectors and make it flow more. Don't know why, wasn't me who put the set-up together. The owner brough the truck to me because the guy who installed the turbo kit didn't finish the job. I got better results with sensed MAP off and I'm not working on the TCM, I prefer to leave it alone for now but I don't know if the problem is been created by the TCM. Can anybody take a look to the file and check if I'm missing something? I don't have any data log right now but I can record one if needed. Thank you

Hey bro. I'll take a look at it. how much boost are you running? it may help to include a log, but if its running lean i wouldn't keep driving it, further damage will occur.
First, i'd suggest getting better injectors, whatever the person did to the injectors seems sketchy at the least, the injector parameters were slightly increased, and if the injectors get that info, its just going to spray less fuel and run leaner.
I believe some aspects of the tune are ok, but there are some definite issues here in the tune. I'm going over it now and will include more details when i'm done looking at it.

was the fuel pump upgraded? what's the injector duty at? usually a high flow fuel pump and upgraded fuel injectors are required in order to get enough fuel in a boosted situation.

Hi Colin7761, as far as I know the fuel pump is stock. About the boost, it should run not more than 7 psi of boost but so far, I'm not getting that much. It's getting lean because the throttle body closed without my command. I did a data log today and you can see that in 4:52:690 the throttle body closes a little but i keep my foot steady in the gas pedal. I don't know if it's something related with the torque reduction. During the run today the afr was good, it didn't get lean like the last time. The truck has a AEM AFR gauge, but it's not connected to the HP Tuners, during the drive I keep my eye on it. At 4:18 I was going progressive on the gas pedal and in 4:22 you can see that the throttle body voltage and the map raises but the rpm goes down.

I saw that table, and I thought the same thing. But do you know if I can just max it out?

Hi, sorry for taking too long to post something back. I did some changes to the pick air flow WOT table and nothing changed. I also did dome changes to other tables, but no success. I installed my Innovate lc-2 to make sure the AFR is correct, you can see in the log. I'll attach the last log. I'm suspecting the throttle body can be the problem, I'll order a new one and test it. I saw many people installing SC on their Hemis and no problem like that but is very hard to see turbo application on these engines. Is that because those issues? Specially on engines 2015+.

I agree 100%$, Def not a throttle body issue...what do you have your spark plug gaps set at currently?

The gap is .030, and I'm using stock spark plugs. I just ordered NGK LFR7AIX, I'll install it and see what happens.
