    Need a tune - 2017 Supercharged LT4 Swap

    Need a tune:
    2017 Supercharged LT4/10L90 Swap!
    Anyone have a file they will share to help my layman Gen 5 tuner? I paid for the credits and don't want to have to again if I don't have to. He's been getting inconsistent remote help but no one has figured out our issue yet.

    Specifics:
    - LT4 w/stock internals
    - PSI wiring harness w/raw tune

    - Supercharger: *MODIFIED
    * Full Supercharger Rebuild
    * Kong CNC "X Stage" Ported
    * Snout CNC "X Stage" Ported

    - 10L90E: Stock

    - Other Modifications:
    * 95mm LT5 Throttle Body
    * Wegner WAK60 Serpentine System
    * 2.3" Griptec Upper Pulley
    * 15% ATI Balancer & Lower Pulley
    * Walbro 450 in-tank fuel pump
    * Rising rate fuel regulator

    - Remaining issues:
    * Limp mode @ 4000rpm
    * Running rich

    * Cruises just fine, no issues.

    Any help is greatly welcome and appreciated!

    I think you would be better off posting a log and current tune file. Then somebody here might be able to point you in the right direction.

    If it's going into reduced engine power you should have a code. There's the old way of tuning a setup like this which unfortunately may be how the harness company has it set up for you and then there's the more correct newer way which involves putting in a lot of background tables for the sciap and supercharger into it and all that stuff that makes a world of difference with how it acts and drives. The Lt5 on its own requires some throttle tables to be changed. Then what os/configuration are you running. Is it an lt4s or something else with tables put into it? Tune file would help with those questions.

    Thank you gentlemen for getting back to me so swiftly! I hit up my guy the same day as your first replies, but, unfortunately, for some reason he hasn't sent the file yet. I just now reminded, and lit a bit of a fire under, him so, hopefully, he'll get it to you today. Thanks again for your readiness and willingness to help!

    Hi Gentleman, my guy email me the file and I tried forwarding it but the HP Tuners email wouldn't accept it. And since my guy hasn't sent it yet, is there another way I can get it to you to look at? Let me know and thanks again!

    Might be worth killing btm since it's in a swap. Then you need to post a log with as many torque, throttle, timing, fueling, temperature and so on channels as possible.

    Hey all, does anyone know if GHuggins is ok? I've been waiting for a response from him on this tuning issue. I noticed that he's from the north Georgia and western Northern Carolina area! Hoping all is well with him and his family! Thank you!

    I honestly missed it. We had flooding here, but nothing like they did in Asheville and that way. First and foremost you need to be logging a lot more torque wise. What I can see is your delivered engine torque is too high at idle and fuel is too rich everywhere. Correct both of those and timing should come back up.

    You have all of these codes set, so more than likely the trans is causing the rep.

    Trouble Codes:
    P0700 - Transmission Control System (MIL Request) (Pending, Current)
    P0175 - System Too Rich (Bank 2) (Permanent)

    Those transmission codes will be something most likely wrong with the car/vehicle. You'll need to diagnose those.
