First, please proof read your post's. Trying to make sense of jumbled letters can be difficult and we are not here to be english teachers, we just want to play with cars.
Second, if what you say is correct and the current config. file was running the engine in an acceptable manner for a long time, then your problem is not in the config. file. I will try to look it over some and peak in on the log files but, your likely issue is on the mechanical side.
One of the next places for you to look is fuel pressure during a WOT pull!

Yes I have a hard time spelling , but the reason for uploading the tune is to see if anyone has any suggestions of something that might help or if anyone has had a similar issue, I don't have too much experience with this ,thank you for your response

You have one dead O2 sensor. FYI. That won't cause this issue.

I can't tell if you are pulling back the throttle or the PCM is. Log accel pedal position also.

Try 640 ftlbs instead of the 639 you are using.

Maxing out desired torque will not fix it. The config. file is not the problem assuming you have not touched it from when it ran proper. I do know this, if you go to 641 to desired torque it will freak some things out, found that out the hard way. I then moved it down to 639 and all is fine.
