got 2006 chevy 1500 5.3 stage 2 cam springs and pushrods. had it tuned by mail order tuner. obviously it runs like shit looking for someone to point me in the right direction to start. heres the tune and log files.

High RPM Disable - 1500 RPM. System too rich and too lean DTCs set to NER. That says a lot. People need to start outing these tooners by name.
...and no torque management for trans?
Bro the guy that tuned it name is Mail Order Tuner that?s there website too. Anyway you can send me in a direction to start? I?ve watched a bunch of goat rope garage and other channels. Just don?t know where to start at this point seems like it would be easier to start from a stock tube
Here is a stock 06 5.3L file that has all the correct segments for your truck. You can use is as a compare file to see what all was changed and set everything back to their stock values if you want to start over.
