    I believe the dtc p0327 wasn't switched over to mil on 2nd error. here is one after I corrected that. The first one is what it looks like after a couple of days. The second one no knock is what it looks like after I write anything into and go drive it. Its like it resets and a couple of days later its back. You can tell when it comes back to it goes into buick le sabre mode.

    All Brand new and torq to 15lbs. But what’s weird is it doesn’t do it till a couple of days later.

    What brand knock sensor? Weather coming in to play? I am in Texas, we are getting some cold-hot-hot-cold-hot stuff here in Austin area. I am sure there is some kind of test process for the knock sensor... someone saying buy the service manual, maybe he was right. HA.

    They are delphi. I do the hammer test with them to make sure they work properly before I even install them.. The Ac Delco's are the ones I've had issues with not working at all. I've done some reading on them and quite a few people even on here just turn them off because its a issue with the gen 3s. I feel like if its going to knock it would do it immediately and not wait a couple of days after I write a file.

    Did you use RTV on the knock sensor grommets including where the wire enters? Sure all grounds are good as measured with a meter? Engine running, voltmeter set to vdc, check between ground and negative battery terminal. Should be nearly no voltage between the ground and ground post.

    Look into that before disabling the low voltage dtc's.

    vehicle running no volts between the grounds. I'm not getting any dtcs though I'm just getting kr.

    From what I've seen the P0327 code has been present in the logs registering KR. It's even "knocking" on the low octane table.

    Yeah man even that one. Both P0327 and P0332. No CEL illuminated because they are pending. In the log at the bottom left click the "Log Details" tab.

    Just a reminder, the flex OS tune wasn't converted to the speed density enhanced mod. So it will be using the low octane timing. Though that maybe good while you figure out the knock sensor issue.

    That's right. You clear the codes and no knock. Eventually the codes come back and so does KR. Run through the diag procedure so it stops happening.

    It's on the low octane table. I see DodgeZ commented on that. Still, it'd be useful to see start logging Knock Learn and Burst Knock.

    so under os do I need to apply those mods? and the 2 bar as well since I am using a 2 bar?

    Edit it doesn't allow me to apply both mods for some reason or another. Is this what I'm supposed to write entire to after this?

    Using a 2bar what? This is a 1bar setup. That's the type of MAP sensor.

    Post #222 is the most recent FlexFuel revision. Here's that with 1bar SDOS applied. Write-entire.
