turbo ls1 speed density tune having throttle issues

Trying to tune in a turbo ls1 Camaro. Ditched the maf sensor with the turbo kit so we're tuning speed density. Starting to get the afr dialed in but the throttle is having an issue. Not sure if its a cheap throttle body or what. The car bogs when trying to take off and when you clutch in it flares. What tables should I be adjusting?

Should I be bumping up the throttle follower table? Or the throttle cracker?
