Need help 2007 lbz classic dans diesel 66mm stage 2 billet egts running away

    lb7 up pipes
    big down pipe
    stock injectors
have boost leak tested and exhaust leak tested

it runs freaking great egts just keep creeping no matter what i do, just getting up to speed it egts are 900-1000. Willing to pay for help, or possible guidance, really dont want to melt a hole in a piston. Wide open itll get 1250-1300 after a nice long pull, its really just highway cruising and around town.

The egt's you're seeing are honestly completely fine and well within an acceptable range, especially for a "performance" vgt turbo. Remember, the larger you go with a turbo, the less you can lug the engine and the higher your egt's will creep when you do. Plus you're not exactly giving it a ton of fuel with the low WOT pulse width you're running. The main thing that stood out most to me though is the amount of timing you're running. With only 1900uS on stock sticks there's really no reason to run the amount of timing you're commanding.
