2012 F250 6.7 big compounds big nozzle dual pump tuning

So I've had HPT for a while as a remote guy, With all these guys refusing service of existing tunes I'm starting to mess around with it myself.
It's mostly a event truck but I do sometimes joy ride with it.

Tried a new guy before a big event and had REALLY big issues with the truck pulling power.
Went in and the trans TQ management was disabled but the engine seems like the reading is low, like 1200
This truck has made 2400TQ before, In the engine setting for torque management should i just put some bigger numbers in there?
Can this also be disabled? i assume it needs it for Lamba readings?
I feel like I'm not an idiot, But I've never messed with the tuning hands on before.
I also haven't seen much on the bigger built trucks

So the torque models should be close to the actual output your truck achieves sometimes tuners will not have the torque model exactly at what the truck makes but for the best calibrations you want the tune as close to actual as possible this can be done with logging and hrs of testing. You cant just jump in and expect to learn everything in a couple days it takes years of testing and learn what works with different setups. If you have the time get a good base to start with and adjust the fueling and injection timing for your current mods. Also you will want to adjust the torque model to be in line with actual output this will help make the transmission shift better as well as you will need to optimize the transmission side of the calibration to get the best results. What is done to the truck as of now and I noticed you said pulling are you talking sled or trailers? It will take some time but with enough time and some reading you will be on your way to making the truck perform like you want it to. If you have some logs post them and we can all take a look for you.
