Angry solenoid a issue 4l80 swapped silverado. turns on as soon as key is on

2000 Silverado 2wd 1500 with a 07 4l80 4wd swapped. did segment swap. have ict adapter. everything worked great until coming back from a vacation. truck shifted great
came back and the truck wanted to hold 1st gear til like 3500 rpms then shift to 2nd and immediately shift to 3rd. new solenoids and tcc etc. new internal harness. new ignition harness
Solenoid A is turning on as soon as key is turned on. wont turn off with command. solenoid b will command no problem. i can command 2nd gear while driving no problem.
I've checked all wires, grounds, connections a million times. idk if the last time i messed with my tune i messed a setting up with torque management or if my pcm is shot.
    originally thru a p0753 code

Truck drove great before but i did mess with the tune a little before i left and drove it once and all seemed good.

    orginal tune segment swapped 1111.hpt

After going thru my tune I noticed desired torque under torque management is showing 100 percent immediately. But 2 separate segment tunes I have with matching operating number are both zeroed out all the way. Could this be causing an issue forcing the trans to turn the solenoid A on since it has it starting at 0 rpms. Attached is a pic of the graph

Shift solenoid A is supposed to be grounded as soon as you start the engine. The computer needs to ground that solenoid control wire in P/R/N and in first gear. It then turns it OFF to command second gear.

But I should still be able to command it off ? I also did install your kit while replacing all the solenoids. What?s weird is I can?t command it off or anything.

When you say you can't command it off, do you mean that you see on your scanner data that it is not commanding it off when you asked it to, or do you mean the command changes on the scanner but the solenoid control wire remains grounded?

Yes. It shows it on hp tuners turned off when I command it but the solenoid isn?t doing anything .turning on or off. Hptuners shows it off when the key is on. No clicking or anything from solenoid a. I can do a 9v battery test and it?ll click. I have an entire extra harness trying to test new solenoids outside the trans just to get them to command. B works no issue. I?m unsure if tcc solenoid does anything when commanded. The truck was holding first gear the. Shifting to 2nd at like 3500 rpms then immediately shifts to 3rd. Original code was a p0753. Truck drove great before sitting for a week.
    I appreciate your responses

Ok hook up a voltmeter to the control wire for SSA at the computer end and unplug the computer. Then turn the key ON and see if you have full battery voltage or not. It needs to within 0.25V of what you measure across the battery under the same conditions. If not, tell me what you have and we'll take it from there. If you do have full B+, then plug the computer in, start the vehicle and see what you have in park as well as in drive at a standstill and report your findings.

Ok no problem, you can do the testing with the pan empty and engine off. Just make sure that when you turn the key ON that you see on your scanner data that it is turning SSA ON.
