Have all the issues tuning EEC-V been cleared up?

About 2 years ago, I tried tuning a 2000 Mustang GT with my MPVI2 but had all sorts of issues ranging from logging just randomly stopping on it own, channels data dropping out and afr's always out of whack.

I now have a 2001 Mustang GT with a borg warner 75mm turbo almost ready to fire up and wonder if I should try tuning with HP again or go to something like a Holley.

How is tuning the EEC-V now? Any issues anymore? I still have my MPVI2.

    Thanks!

Upgrade to the MPVI3 and logging should work.

^upgrade to MPVI3 and get the beta firmware, logging is MUCH improved on the new hardware for EECV
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
