    Post SWAPPED USED ECM AND TUNED VATS OFF 2012 1.4 Sonic

    I bought a modified sonic that had a bad ECM. Prev owner tried to write a tune while the car had low battery or something. I was able to flash the used ECM I bought via HP Tuners and the car will start/run after several cranks with VATS disabled. Then I disabled immobilizer codes as well and now the car takes 1-2 cranks to start/run. Is there any ways I can fix this or have any suggestions on how to make the car start on the first try? I am not familiar at all with HP Tuners.

    What all did you do for the ECU swap? dealer flash or just hptuners vin swap and write all?
