How can we help you when you don't post a tune file and log file of it running?
What have you done to the truck to try and give it more power?
A tune can help make it better to drive but without any mods or different gearing, the truck isn't going to get much faster. Needs a small camshaft if you want to gain like 20-30hp and torque.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
Sorry im new to tunning and id just wish it was better on trottle responce ill post my tune tonight im at work atm thanks
