Recently Purchased a 1.8 n/a cruze that ran but needed a headgasket. After engine work it would crank, start for about 3 seconds and die. Now after VATS being turned off it cranks but does not start. Any pointers will be greatly appreciated!
EDIT: After some looking over and trying all sorts of things, the only thing i can do to mae it run is command the fuel pump 100% pwm. I logged a bit of it running, it idles rough but smooths out with some rpm. Any pointers are greatly appreciated!cruze force fuel pump on running pt2.hpl

i went over this pretty quickly so i likely missed alot but,
could you provide a log where its off start recording and then set fuel 100% pwm, and bad idle is likely from the Crankshaft Position Sensor or timing belt or something, code P0016 and P0017 explains the jumping spark advance, do you have a stock tune to upload, ill look more into it tmr if i have time, also remove the default channels and record things that would relate to start up
