help with account being suspended

hello has anyone had to the account suspended before? I am trying to summit a ticket and it says "account suspended" Please contact your account administrator. I dont no what to do there is no email for hptuners that i see to ask them directly. The i forgot my password and reset it and that did not work.
I had a E93 ecm upgraded and i had a couple questions on the install. any help is appreciated. thanks

Are you using a cracked version or a stolen MPVI? That'll do it.
