You gotta post the tune file so we can see what you are working on.
It might be rich at idle but a camshaft is going to require more fuel in the upper rpms because it's flowing more air. So I hope you have a wideband oxygen sensor for tuning.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
