I still have the hard disk from when i bought the 2.23 ver 2010ish. I ran over my computer. install fine on new computer, but wont read the interface. Is there some kind of drive that needs to be downloaded. I went on HP site and down loaded 2.02 ver i think. It's the first ver MVPI. I went through the steps and it wont read car. I had no problems with the old computer for 14yrs. Pic of what is happening.
