2005 Dodge Magnum RT 6.4L engine swap VCM Scanner issues.

I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum RT with an early build date, and I've completed a 6.4L engine swap. Recently, a remote tuner provided me with their Dodge Pre-2012-2023 channel file.

I've noticed a pattern: the channels ending with (SAE) do not initially generate data. Here?s the process I follow while the car is running:

    1. Connect
    2. Repoll for Supported Parameters
    3. Start Scanning

During the same recording session, to populate the other non-SAE channels, I perform the following steps:

    Resync Interface
    1. Click the "i" button under VCM Suite Info
    2. Enter the MPVI2 Verification Code
    3. Once the data for the non-SAE channels populates, the initial SAE channels' data freezes. This means I can access all the channels, but not all simultaneously.

Interestingly, when I connect my MPVI3 dongle to a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the VCM Scanner successfully pulls data from all the Dodge Pre-2012-2023 channel files provided by the tuner.

I've tried using three different laptops and various cables to troubleshoot the issue. Additionally, I created an HP support case titled "VCM Scanner Issue - #455050."

Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
