2014 Mustang GT Door ajar wont go off help please!

Ok here we go I get the driver door ajar warning but door is closed. So I start looking at wires in the door joint thinking a bad ground maybe ( Nope?) So I figure maybe bad door latch assembly so I replace it with one from American Muscle thinking okay this has gotta be it (Nope?) So I'm lost please help what else could be wrong here?

Ok under furher investigation i see two wires tapped into passenger fuse box. Looked under the dash and goodness there's a whole wire harness under here. Could this be a problem? Don't know what this is. Bought the car a month ago didn't think it had electric start but could this effect door ajar somehow? Of course I tried with remote but keep getting 2 beeps because system thinks door is open. What now?

Ok looks like I have power to the connector all 6 work 3 grounds and 3 power sources. No broken wires. But looking at passenger floorboard fuse box found some wires that don't belong and are spliced into. I think I'm going to stop and call in a friend. I'll keep the findings updated.
