Exclamation 2007 Chrysler 300 SRT8 (NOT READY) No DTCs

Whats up you guys. I have a 2007 Chrysler 300C SRT8. Car has all OEM components except for a custom CAI with an aftermarket iat sensor and a 180Tstat. Its been a year and i still cannot get this thing to say (Ready) on my readiness test.
yes, it has its oem cats, 02 sensors, etc. Car was flashed by an OLD diablo tune a few years ago, which effected the O2 tests, however since then ive had it retuned a handful of times with turned the car from reading N/A previously to now NOT READY. Ive driven it thousands of miles, ive held back from using the kill switch as well so it didnt reset. Has anyone experienced these difficulties? Im kind of at a standstill. I included a short log incase anyone sees anything interesting!

Honestly thats more on the tune side with hptuners we have the ability to delay the sensors. by adjusting temps and all that. the ones that get that done are the rear but seems that whats got it done on yours is the fronts. post you tune a few of the guys here will look it over and probably find the issue almost instantly.

If you do a code scan with vcm scanner, it should tell you which particular monitor isn't set. That's more useful than a log file for this, I think.
