With a referenced reg, the pressure with the hose connected depends on how much vacuum it's seeing, so pressure diagnosis has to be with the hose off. With the hose on you can't know if it's the right pressure or not unless you're also measuring vacuum at the same time and plotting them next to each other. Pressure with everything hooked up and under load or under boost comes later.

What's with the O2 sensors? If they aren't plugged in they should both read ~450mV all the time. If plugged in, lower than that means lean or short to ground. The highest I see in that log at any point is 150mV.

    Upstream.

Put Fuel>Oxygen Sensors>Integral Delay>Airflow Mode back to stock. Same for >Closed Loop Enable ECT vs. IAT. >Rich/Lean vs. Airflow B1 and B2 to 450mV.

Looks like you're getting somewhere. Here's this if you want. VCM Scanner>Vehicle Controls & Special functions to clear LTFT's.

Try again, but I think there's something going on. Clear LTFT's. Add Knock Retard to the logs.
