I have a 2018 Camaro ZL1, 10 speed, that I just recently cammed. I got it tuned by a popular tuner, I'll leave the name out for now depending on feedback. I just wanted to see if someone could look over my tune and let me know if there are any problem areas in it. I also have a couple of issues that I would like some direction on.

The engine side of the tune seems pretty good. No misfires, pulls hard, AFR looks good, etc. The transmission side is the bulk of my complaints. I am getting a jerk at slow speeds, it gets significantly better (maybe 60% improvement) when the car is up to temperature but it is still there. I have had other cammed cars that have way stouter of a cam but yet drive smoother. I have brought it up to the tuner multiple times and he blames it on having the stock torque converter, refusing to mess with it further.
The other issue I am having is the shifts are really firm/jerky. I asked him to soften them up a little more -- I think he did for the lower throttle shifting but he refused to change the higher throttle shifts. 50% throttle almost feels like you are getting rear ended during shifts. There is a big jerk when slowing down to make a turn, when it shifts into a lower gear.
Please let me know of any issues you see in the tune or any advice on fixing my complaints. Thank you!
