could any one support -base modification after swap LT1 6.2 on my Sierra

anyone could help me to modify my stock file to know what is the base thing have to tuning on ECU
actually i need your help to tune my ecu as per the modifying on my car , i swap LT1 6,2 on my Sierra its was 5.3 6l80 , with long tup headers and Corsa kit back ,4inch intake pipe with Corsa 6inch filter , swap lt5 cam to delete DOD system, during replace engine observed injectors not working properly so i replace it by which was on 5.3 injector , so already i tune it by me , the issue i face it right now when drove my friend Denali stoke its very smooth and strong than my car , i tried to tune several time but no result ,
could any one support -base modification after swap LT1 6.2 on my Sierra
