    DFCO not turniing on, can't find cause

    I'm having an issues with DFCO not turning on, I can't find any obvious reason why its not turning on in the tune but it's now causing issues with being unable to complete the O2 monitors as without DFCO they won't complete. So now I'm overdue for a SMOG and it's not ready. Any ideas?

    Do you have a log to confirm that all [available] setpoints to enable DFCO are being met? If so, perhaps there are more tables/setpoints you need to adjust that you don't have access to. Do you know if DFCO was ever enabled/active before?
