    Review of '15 GT Tune

    Hi All,

Just got done tuning my 15 GT with basic bolt ons. Just looking for anyone's insight if they are willing to review and make sure I didn't miss anything. I attached the last tune and a quick drive log.

    Mods:

-Gen 3 intake manifold with CMVs locked out
    -Catted Longtubes
    -Lu47s

    Stock airbox and TB.

Running on 93 octane. Not looking for max power, so I didn't really do anything with timing. I just wanted to make sure the fueling was dialed in as best as possible. Note- I did tune SD using an external MAP sensor, and locked into each mapped point to tune SD and TQ.

Car drives really well; no stumbling or anything like that
Any tips or insight if I missed something is greatly appreciated!

You locked in to every single mapped point between 14 and 25 and individually tuned them? Dang, that must of taken forever. You could have just used 5 or 6 and tuned it that way and been done with it. Nice job though.

With Mustang tuning always start with MAF, make it perfect then play with other map points

Thanks! Yeah in retrospect, it took about a month to get through every single mapped point (and a ton of flashes).

Thanks- that was exactly my process. I used the fuel trims to dial in the Curve to about an average of +/- 1% error, then tuned SD and TQ in each individual MP.

No problem. Seems like you took your time and did it well if the car is driving nicely. Do you have knock advance on? I didn't notice it registering any numbers when I first looked at the log.
