Loving this thread! I love tuning but...dealing with auto customers can be a nightmare (saw some things over the years for sure). Some people are straight up rude/entitled/delirious etc to deal with. God bless you folks that do it for a living.

Its so common. "well car started running odd....time to retune". GAH i can only imagine the yoots you hear from.
