Anyone offering remote tuning service? 2014 Mercedes GL450 bi turbo

I am not a technically savvy person. From what I gather, it's possible that my car, a 2014 Mercedes GL450 bi-turbo can be tuned remotely, is that correct? All I am looking to do is increase the idle up to about 1,000 rpm. I am based in the US (Florida). I didn't see any tuners in the US based on the dealer map, is that correct? If so, does anyone know of any shops that offer a remote tune?

    Thanks for any help!

Do you have an hp tuners device and credits already?

I don't have either yet. I didn't know if it could be done remotely and how that would work. If I need the device and credits happy to buy it.

In case it can not be done remotely I did email their support team and was told they recommend I buy:

MPVI3 and 6 credits and to download the VCM Suite software (Beta)

I just am not sure how difficult it is for someone who has never used the software to find where I need to go to adjust the idle.

im in Florida! I’ve done a few Mercedes already with HPT. These cars are very sensitive to torque changes. You could easily tune this yourself if you’ve done any dodge or ford cars before
