2.0 ATS forged big turbo ZZP camshafts Tuning Help PLEASE

Hello! Typically I can come on here and lurk to find the answer I need, but I cant seem to figure this one out. Ive been tuning 11 years and normally do gen 3,4,5 V8. A friend of a good client has brought me this car because they haven't had good luck finding someone to tune it. I have the tune roughed in and the car is driving well. I wasn't able to find much info on the camshafts and their desired degree settings so I believe I cut them in half if I remember correctly and was able to get the car running better. I noticed when I went to start tuning the VVE that part throttle boost will go up to about 137-140 kpa and hit a limit, then the throttle pulls down to about 40-50%. I noticed the peak torque pid flatlines during this event but raising the peak torque table repeatedly just allows the value to grow with no change in boost level and the throttle still shuts. I found a pid called "boost engine torque limit" that sits around 130ftlb that seems to directly correlate with the the power being pulled away, but I cant seem to find the table that references that.

Ive tried all the tables referenced in the thread below. In the past I had referenced it when I had trouble tuning ATS bolt on cars and was successful at resolving the issue. Unfortunately it hasnt worked this time and a lot of those files that had been shared in there for reference are now locked (for reasons I understand)

Or you go to ZZP and get a tune from us since this is what we do everyday. Torque based tuning isnt easy. Definitely not profitable until you have done quite a few of them so you are familiar with what to do.
