HPT really doesn't promise support through the forums. Support tickets is their preferred method.

bill or any other support member, it would be nice to get some assistance on this issue so we can continue with our projects.
i get the emails telling me you guys have received my tickets but no emails in spam or any other folders
so if im letting yall know that im not getting your reply, why not reply on this forum? just to help the customer?

Try creating a free email account from a different online provider and see if that lets the emails come through.
