Will purchased credits transfer from my MPVI2 if I buy the MPVI3?

I just put in a ticket to support, but wanted to see if the powers that be might see it here first?

I have an MPVI2 and it apparently quit working today. I tried a couple different cords and different USB ports on my laptop. I don't know if it can be tested or repaired?

If I end up buying an MPVI3, will the credits I already purchased be transfered to the new unit?

I'm kind of dead in the water with customers cars lined up for tuning, so need to make a decision soon as to the "evil plan"

No. You'd need to UPGRADE the device for the credits to transfer.

I will anxiously wait for my support ticket to be answered so that I can see if this one can be fixed or if I will need to "simply" upgrade. Which is fine. I just don't want to lose over $7,000 worth of credits that I have purchased over the last three years.
