    Injector swap 383 L33 build - stock 28 to 42 lbs 0280155868

I'm adding a set of 0280155868 injectors from FIC to my 2001 Camaro for the Thompson 383. I previously tuned the car on the stock 28lb injectors, so this is my first time upgrading to 42lbs....which parameters do i need to change so that i dont mess anything up?...FIC sent the data download so i have a file with universal data and plug/play GM data, but im not sure what to enter into my tune.

The plug and play GM data because it's a GM. Just copy what they give and what matches your tables, pretty simple. You're only going to change the 4 main things they give you, flow rate, offset stuff, min injector pulse, short pulse adder.

flow rate provided on the FIC chart is Flow rate vs g/s......but in HP Tuners the parameter is Flow rate vs kpa....is there a conversion?

HPT is so popular that most qualified injector manufactures/distributors will supply the correct data to paste directly into HPT config. files. I also assume they point you in that direction when you look at the file FIC sent you.

In the top upper right corner of that table it allows you to change the units, just click the lb/hr and it will cycle through to g/s.

Or you can right click anywhere in the table and go to 'Units'.

ok, got it all changed over except on the FIC chart there is an entire line of values for "short pulse correction" but on HPT there is only a single box labeled "short pulse limit" with a single number of 3.997 ms........does this need to be changed?
