2017 Silverado L83 Tune help

Hello ladies and gents,

I have a 60k mile 2017 Silverado L83 4x4 I'd like to do some tuning with.

I have a BTR Truck Norris cam, AFM Delete, LS7 lifters, BTR .550" beehives, GM performance pushrods, TSP long tubes with cats, 4" Gibson patriot series catback, Airaid MIT with filter, stock(but refreshed) injectors, vacuum pump delete(ik it doesn't much matter)
Intake manifold, TB, etc is all stock.

I attached the tune before the mods if anyone wants to help me thru it.

I'm not asking for someone to do this for me, I'm looking to learn from others and see what you would do and why.
I am scrolling thru the forums and youtube to learn in the meantime.

Hey I'm doing about the same kind of work to my 18 silverado. Texas speed stage 3 performance package, afm/dod delete, circle d torque converter, I'm as green as grass when it comes to tuning but I have made done all the mods to my truck about to fire up later this week any advice would greatly appreciated.
