After some research, it appears they do not ofter this for the 2016 Yukon. I did watch an install video for a ZL1 Camaro and it looked failry simple utilizing the pedal harness but not sure this is the same for the Yukon. The guy used the pedal harnes to supply a plug and play 5 V into the controller and form that it went straight into the fuel pump power wire supplying up to 18 volts. It fixed his issue but not sure it is compatable for mine. Have you personaly had any experince installing one of these in a SUV?

I went to the JMS website and they only offer the pedal commander for my application. $400 is a lot to spend without knowing if it is a sure fire fix to my problem. Still waiting on my Multi-relay refund from Nitrous Express and dont want to have to wait on another refund as well. Any foolproof experince is very welcome. If yo udo sugest something, a link or recommendation to where to go to research would be great. I cannot be the only person that is experiencing this with a SUV. Surely someone else out there has already done this?
I have added everything except port injection. Chose the DSX aux pump due to cost and simplicity.

You could put a stock pump back in and upgrade your Aux pump to a hellcat. My brothers Z06 is making over a 1000whp on E60 with stock tank pump and the HC inline pump for the aux setup.

I have the Walbro 525 which is referred to as the Hellcat pump. This is all in relation to adding the new pump.

Called JMS this morning and they told me their Fuel Max would work but they do not make the pedal harness. Only need to tap into the 0-5 vdc wire at the pedal and use as an input to control the box. I believe this will be the ticket to get more fuel out of my pump. Once I install it, I will update you guys with the results.

Which wire is used on the pedal for the 0-5 volts TripinTaz?

No idea, we always use the plug and play harness.

I called JMS and they don't have a plug for the SUV. Finding the 0-5 volt should be easy, just need to figure out a good place to mount it. I assume it isn't constructed good enough to be under the hood? If I can mount it under the hood, then It'll be easy enough.

The JMS itself should be mounted in the rear of the car near the fuel pump and not anywhere that it is exposed to the elements or extreme heat. If you're tapping into the factory FPCM you need to connect the JMS at the plug to the FPCM.

The FCM is near the spare tire for the SUV. My other thought was to mount it in the cargo area behind the panel somewhere. Which means I would have to run a long power wire, which I'm hoping would still supply good voltage.

The output to the pump would not be very long so that's good.
