I had the same issue to contact support on my MPVI2 after a forced firmware update and after it gave a red light status. I figured out the failed part after some testing since I do electronics repair. Mine had a hardware failure so I ordered a new NXP MK26FN* chip. My unit was out of warranty so I took on repairs myself. Anyone have a copy of the firmware I can flash to a new blank chip to get this thing going again? I can provide my serial number in a message if needed. I just wanna get this thing working again since I had customers tunes linked to the MPVI2. If I cant get help can I at least get licenses transferred to my MPVI3? I like my MPVI2 still since its more compact to fit in my labtop bag. The MPVI3 is bulky for some OBD2 ports and I have to use an extender on some vehicles when I do just some datalogging to see what's going on with a customers car. Any info would be great especially a copy of some firmware to put back on my new chip and resync it again.
yep, got it resolved, thanks.
