BRP MG1 X3 RR and Maverick R Calibrations

Since we just announced support for this today, I thought it would be good to post up some files for you guys to look at.

And as always, parameters will continue to be added into this new platform as we find they are needed.

Wanted to post and see if anyone else is running into the same thing I am with Maverick X3 and Maverick R on MG1 ECU and/or has any insight on any of the following issues. Please keep in mind I hardly claim to be an expert so if I'm way off base please correct me, I'm here to learn.

First thing I noticed was the is no Injector Constant Multiplier (#12325). I don't currently need that, but I have a customer interested in a manifold referenced pump for his Maverick R and will need that to tune his machine.

Moving on to my more immediate concern with the vehicle I'm in process of tuning is I don't see a Torque to Load table (#32850). I have been able to achieve decent gains on the dyno adjusting WOT Desired airflow (#35135) and adding some ignition advance, but that seems like just a wide open throttle fix to me.

I also noticed that indicated torque (#42275) appears to be scaled incorrectly in the X3 file (looks correct on MAV R file) and a lack of a torque inverse calculator.

Another issue I've noticed is my VE when logging is nowhere near what's in my VE table. Has anyone seen this?

This next item is more of a curiosity. I see multiple "Launch Control" activation and deactivation scalers in the Fuel DFCO tab, but don't see any ignition or rev limit tables that could be used in conjunction. Does anyone have any insight?

Lastly when looking at the the MAV R file I don't see any scalers for the intercooler or trans fans.

I'm running the most current BETA suite 5.1.3674 and have flashed the Extended data scream patch.

I'm using both .hpt files that Eric attached above.

    Thanks a ton.

We are constantly adding more parameters as we see they are needed.

I will look into some of the ID's mentioned and see what i can find.

    Jayson,

I just wanted to follow up on this. I have the latest BETA as of 1/27/2025 and I don't see any Intercooler or trans fans added. I also have an issue when data logging the Maverick R. I can select secondary fuel injector PW, but as soon as I start recording they disappear from the channels list. I've also noticed drive mode does not seem to log anything. It reads 'normal" regardless of the mode selected. Thanks in advance.

    Eric and Jayson,

Is there anything that can be done on your end to improve logging frequency? It appears most direct memory channels are 5-10 Hz max regardless of polling frequency selected.

Is there a list of parameters or definitions that I could access?

For example: Torque to Load table (#32850)

I'm trying to learn on the Polaris MG1 but there is little participation on that forum.

    Todd,

I recommend grabbing the Mav R and X3 MG1 files that are in the first post of this thread. This Can Am MG1 has a WOT Desired load table (#35135) rather than the torque to load and inverse tables you see in the RZR Pro R MG1. Also the Can am driver demands are in percent of torque rather than actual torque values you see in Polaris.

    Eric and Jayson,

Any chance we can get the Intercooler and trans fans added as well as secondary injector logging?

    Hi All espacially HPT developers.

Do you have any plans to realese the market Unlock kit like you did with E41.
cause many clients don't want to send the ECM and wait espacially when they are located in middle east.
cause EVP dealers here can do it remotly and they are getting big fens crowd here

they do tuning remotely. The unlock is not done remotely with any company
