I swapped a black oak pcm into 2005 Mazda tribute the original pcm shows different operating system I licensed the vehicle and now it is saying i need more credits to write it. I cannot access vin wizard. Will licensing it again allow me to correct vin number in the 2007 escape pcm to pass PATS system on vehicle
