Looking at the tune , your Injectors are still stock Pulse Width , that Cam HHP sells as their stage two is close Comp cams HRT stage 2 cams High .500 lift 220/230 At .050 , you'll need to adjust PW down the road to get max potential... right now it's hitting some 11.80 AFR when you get into the throttle which is keeping everything internally happy.
.0813 total is 12.3 AFR . so setting FA stoich tables to .0800 and running open loop keeps the AFR from going richer than 12.5 , doesn't set it at 12.5 , if you want to set AFR to maintain a constant AFR you need to set Table 44442 to a lower Limit to get the ECU to use the WOT PE table at all times , with the Table remaining stock as it is in the tune OP 1st posted, it'll keep the OEM 14.35 target at Idle and since his Throttle never gets up to the OEM setting of 3.19v it would never hit the PE table, once you get past the Idle RPM "area" it'll revert to the OEM algorithm for Fuel AFR.
I set your Stoich to .0696 and worked the PE table, and set to Table 44442 to 2.65V , that'll bring in the PE table when you get over 3/4(ish) Throttle. The OEM setting of 3.19v is almost full pedal on these NGCx ECUs Looking at the KR it's steady the whole time ,(see attached for how to set that chart in Chart vs Time) even tho you never get in to the throttle hard , with 46% Throttle and 16 degrees of time ,KR is solid , you can go up to 20degrees around 3k RPMS. the 6.1 I have in an 04 rumble bee project, I run 22@ 1800-3600, 24 from 3600-4400 ,back to 22 from 4400-4800, 24 from 4800-7500. with the same cam as what you have. I target 12.0 AFR in that truck. I attached the PE table form that Bee's tune.
