    L86 problems

I'll try to list as many details as possible. I have a 2015 Sierra 6.2. Recently did DOD delete, new cam, oil pump, HP fuel pump, heads, push rods, ECU, timing chain, plugs, wires, injectors, high flow cats. Pretty much everything but the crank case assembly. HP tuned. Now it idles rough, shifts strangely, cruise control won't stay set unless you are going downhill, and fuel mileage went from 18 ish to 12 ish. I bought the HP tuner after the shop that did the work and tuning, worked on it for 12 weeks and it still has the before mentioned issues. I'm new to this tuner so any help would be awesome. DOD is turned off and it has a 2014-2016 Corvette transmission tune (A8) I believe.

You have to post a tune and log to have much chance at help.

Stock cam, heads, inectors, fuel pump, ECM? You stated you changed those?

Yes. Everything was stock except the LS7 lifters and push rods.

I have never just put in non DOD lifters with a DOD cam. At the minimum should check lifter preload for pushrod length. Maybe others have tried it and will chime in.

They used a different length push rod because of the DOD kit.

Is Gen5 DOD different than Gen4? Gen4 requires a cam swap to eliminate DOD. I would have guessed that Gen5 was the same.

Are you running a corvette OS?? If so that?s probably your issues right there, when you do OS swaps it causes some bullshit in one area or another, if I were you I?d go back to the truck OS

Also, you can?t just change lifters and reuse a stock DOD cam that came in the engine. Have to run a DOD delete cam.

It doesn't sound right that they copied over a corvette trans tune for your Sierra. Engine side needs relearn but you didn't say the "new" cam and heads are stock oem spec or performance?
Set up you config pids and watch the demanded and actual torque. I would get a good long data log and spend time looking over the issues. If the trans is stock why no go back to the stock file. It's not like this is a large power combo. Normally trans tune is last.
