2007 Mustang GT Whipple Supercharged Stalls at Idle

Hello all, I've scoured the forums looking for a solution but I haven't found anything that works yet.

Thank you in advance for any help that can be given.

The car is a 2007 Mustang GT with a new 4.6 block.
    Manual transmission
    Whipple 2.3 Supercharged, Non-intercooled
    Detroit Rocker Supercharger grind camshafts
    VCT Camshaft Phasers Enabled
Dynatec Long tube headers, Catless Xpipe, MBRP High flow mufflers.
    Stock Throttle Body

    Here is the issue:
The car starts up fine cold and idles well. Once in closed loop (which happens pretty quickly) it will continue to idle fine until you snap the throttle. if the rpms drops quickly, it will drop too low and stall. If you slow the rpms down as they drop, you can get it to hold the idle again. I've messed with driver demand and timing and gotten it better, but it will still stall out at idle most of the time at a deceleration to a stop sign, unless I walk the rpms down slowly. Sometimes it will try to catch itself and bounce back and forth between 200 and 1000 rpms, just continually surging. Performance throughout the rpm range is fine, with the exception of a slight "tip-in" hesitation when first taking off.

I have taken a look at dashpot settings, but they still confuse me.

I have attached my current iteration of the mashup tune I am using. If someone with more knowledge than me can offer any suggestions, that would be most appreciated!

Thank you again!05 mustang mod improved Torque and Driver Demand.hpt

    A log would help.

Transport delay should be tweaked for long tubes.

Load with failed maf needs to be looked at.

Your torque tables ( ECM 44768) are questionable, that is a good place to start.

Most likely this gets cured by tuning those items.

    Intake manifold volume looks small.

I would reduce your base fuel enable time.

Read through this and see where it gets you: https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...mp-WOT-Surging Read it through to the end, Murfie makes some good corrections.

Thanks for the reply and the tips. I'll try and get a log sometime today or tomorrow. I was holding off until I got my A/F sensor installed, but I'll run it as is. Somehow I missed that thread in my research, I'll pick that apart and see if it helps.

    Thanks again!
