This is a complicated thing to do. I'd say your options are

    1. Read and watch as much info as you can get your hands on.
    2. Post your tune, logs and hope that the community tunes it for you and you get a satisfactory result
    3. Hire a remote tuner. From that point its flash, drive, email, flash, drive, email etc..

there comes a point when we must realize somethings are just out of reach.

Id look for a local tuner and have them go over your tune.

Good Lawd I suggest finding a punctuation and caps key so people can read that mess.

Someone correct me if I am wrong here, I did not dig deep in your file, but the truck norris cam is not a "big" cam. Your idle airflow in gear is almost double of that of a stock 2500 file I have. I am assuming you had copied some random info you found online, or threw random numbers at it. I have not done that specific cam but I would try lowering that since you are idling high in gear, along with it basically driving itself.

Install yourself a wideband to read your AFRs if you are struggling to get fueling right.

As the others said, might be best off to find a local tuner. You will soon be doing more than a cam swap if you are just guessing on your tune file. I too struggle with adhd, it takes me a good minute always re-reading posts and typing my reply out, but a little punctuation and good writing goes a long ways...

I'd argue against finding a local tuner and look for a good tuner. There are just so many hacks out there.

yessir, this is sad, but needs to be said.
I'd never suggest using the very first tooner found, need referrals first

Still using factory fuel injectors and fuel system? Running lean almost completely across the board. If you were attempting to tune the VE Table, the MAF needs to be disabled so it is running in closed loop speed density. ENGINE>DIAG>MAF Frequency Fail High, set to 1hz, MAF and VE are both lower than a stock file i compared it too, but trims are indicating lean? Make sure you are applying the tables in the correct way. Might be wise to also confirm proper fuel pressure before going any further. Also, what's up with the changes made to the Engine Diag>Misfire>Cylinder Mode>Idle(Not Moving) and Idle(Moving Tables)?
