Ficm Tune 2007 6.0 how to?

I?ve been looking around a fair bit, extremely new to the world of tuning largely just using the software to try and upload custom tunes such as the atlas 40 ficm and other pre made ecm tunes but have yet to find a video showing how to upload a pre made tune or is that more so off the table for hp software where you would need to modify your parameters manually. Any help would be much appreciated

what do you me upload? ficms can't be read out. when you do ficm tuning on a 6.0 they give you and internet file to start with.
