TSP cam Idle flare with clutch pressed

I got a 13 Challenger 5.7 with a TSP stage 2 came that has an idle flare when you're above 2k RPM and press the clutch in. The idle will flare up to 3600-3700 then drop back down. Hit's 36-3700 every time then drops back to idle. Doesn't hunt for idle or surge when coming back down. Returns right to idle just fine. If you're below 2K and press the clutch, it's fine, it drops right back to idle like normal. The cylinder airmas spikes to like 3.9 but the Aircharge actually drops. Would just be throttle airflow controlling this or am I missing something else? Tune and log attached.

I have the starting read, it was previously ?tuned? for headers, but they didn?t do much when I compared it to a stock file. Why?
