That looks ok. I'd have to see a much longer log with more data to make any changes. Do you have any particular concerns or drivability issues?
I do not. Just looking for it to be efficient. Do you have a recommendation for startup? I would like for it start up with less RPM
Get a log of the start up so we can see what its doing and at what temperature. See if this helps at all.

It just isn't smooth as a few guys I know with my same setup. Maybe its just me
Not really sure what exactly you are wanting here. You said you want it to start with less rpm and now say it isn't smooth. Is that the initial start or the idle a few seconds after the start? In the meantime, try this.
