hi i have an audi 2015 s3 and i have installed cold air and x force exhaust with cat delete and resonator delete that i got from a wreck second hand i also took the ecu but when i go to read it it will only show me the standard tune how can i extrat the stage 2 tune from the ecu

You can't read out the tune file on one of these ECU's over OBD, they are virtual read only.
To read the ECU you would need to open the ECU and use an interface that supports boot mode for the Simos18 ECU (KESS 3, bFlash, Autotuner, etc).
There is an opensource tool for this as well if you are comfortable with Raspberry Pi's and Python programming.
