2006 gt help

i have a 06 gt 4.6 3v thats been a thorn in my side. bolt on mods are long tubes, x pipe, 3in exhaust with flow thru mufflers. car has new aftermarket coils, wires and plugs. also has a dual blade ford racing throttle body. im having issues with the throttle input, its jerky to throttle input. i bought the car like this, previous owner seems to have changed some things and got fed up with it. if someone could give me a hand and tell me what i should change that would be great, if you want to make your own changes to the file, go right ahead. id just like the car to be responsive to the foot and have the torque. the car is a manual, and the internals of the engine are stock. mikesgt.hpt

Are the cams in the car stock or modified? Also have you worked on your file since this posting will need a few logs to see what's going on do a step log for me in neutral rev it from idle up in 500 rpm increments less if its possible and hold each time for a few seconds before increasing. Then go on a 5 to 10 min drive for me so I can see all the proper info make sure to log as many tq, airflow, vct, air load, spark, CHT, rpm, speed and fuel pids as possible this will all help me help you. Also DM me if I don't reply a few days after you send the logs so I can get them get side tracked a lot on other projects but can help.
