2004.5- 2007 Which OS is readable?

Im needing to upgrade my 2004.5 OS to whatever year will allow the HPT editor to read the actual tune file.

1. I want to be able to read the actual tune on my truck bc the HPT file that is generated is a "one tune fits all". Well I have needs. Lol😂
2. Need to stop high rev delay after 2500 rpms.
3. Can I do the OS swap here on HPT or do I have to get a dealership to do it? They said the OS they provide has to match the year of the vin bc of insurance purposes. Any ideas??? Thx

I thought I knocked out the rev hang issue but the revs hang over 2500 rpms no matter what settings are used. Under 2500 @WOT the rpms don't hang. After 2500 it's like the PCM is trying to save the auto transmission. Problem is that I swapped it out for a manual g56..

Oh and I've done everything possible to stop this issue on my end (researched the forum etc) Looks like it's something outside of the adjustability of hpt. Anyways, the tune that hpt generates doesn't have the correct switches enabled or disabled for my truck. So even if I found a different software, the generated OS tune isn't any good for the changes. Lol hope that makes sense

Event with the generic tune from hptuner you can remove the rev delay over 2500rpm
