i have a buddy with a 08 seirra denali 6.2l he gets bad gas milage is there any pointers forgetting some better mpg tuning wise, of course driving nicer and slower helps but his highway mpg is 14 with stock tires , im doing other tuning on it as well and i want to also help mpg , any one able to help me out i did a couple quick mods need to go over it closer before i flash it on just looking for some help
What is his normal highway speed though?
Some data logs would really be helpful. We need to see how the truck is driving to see if anything stands out.

Not the best data logs when it doesn't have the vehicle speed or any fuel trims to see how it's running.
Tons of knock retard all over and it's probably slow as hell at full throttle. It's got no timing in it when he floors it.
87 octane fuel will do that. And if burst knock is still active.
