Are you using a wideband? You have it forced open loop. This cam will work fine in closed loop. Might give you some wiggle room. Keep hammering away at the VE table while the MAF is failed to make sure it is solid.

Your BRAF is way to high. I'll bet this is coming from a throttle body that needs adjusting. You'll need to log iac counts, tps voltage and LTIT and STIT to get this correct. I made a guide years ago to help physically set up the throttle body for the new mods.

i do not have a wideband on it currently. trying to get to run decent enough to drive back and forth to work then steal the wideband off my car this weekend to get it fine tuned.
throttle would make sense way its shutting off going from drive to reverse.

Just keep working at it. If you have any specific questions I'll be glad to try to answer.

You should try logging STIT and LTIT to get the BRAF in order.. VE should be ironed out completely first but you can start working on that.

Would you by chance have a good layout for this?

    layout?

I've tuned a ton of them. I could likely get it 98% on the first try.. Is that what your asking?

That is usually a cam position sensor issue. I would make sure there are no loose or damaged wires going to it.
