    2017 Z06 tune help

I bought a 2017 Z06 auto 36k miles from auction, damaged hood and headlamp. After getting it fixed and driving, I kept getting knock sensor code after any spirited driving. Had knock sensors replaced and spark plugs replaced per shop that looked at it. Visually it all appears stock except Flex Fuel sensor. Have it back in the shop for the knock sensor code again and they pulled the plugs again, found 3 of them with melted straps. From here I borrowed a MPVI2 and pulled the tune. It looks like it has been tuned, obviously to make the E85 work, but there are other items adjusted. Can someone look at this tune and give me suggestions on what needs to be adjusted back down, maybe back to stock but keeping E85?

Before anything else brother I would recommend you to go back to stock both the ecm and the tcm. In the tune of your car the knock sensor settings have been changed so it is better for you and your tuner to start from stock, also also things that in my own opinion are not quite right but whatever. Since the car was in an accident, I would check for anything loose in the engine bay that could be making that noise to the knock sensors, even the smallest thing could do that.

Sorry its taken me a bit to respond, got sick and life got in the way. I am going to flash a stock tune and pull the E85 sensor out. Car is stock so no need really for anything else. I would have liked to keep the E85 but clean running is more valuable. Car has already be checked over and fixed, nothing abnormal under the hood. If stock tune clears up my issue, which it should, I will report back

I would leave the flex sensor in and just go back to a stock tune. Then turn the sensor back on in the stock tune and populate the stoich table correctly. Even stock it will run better with E. There would be more gains with a little bit more tune work but either way LT4's love octane and 93 is bare minimal imo.
