2018 silverado serious electrical problem. Any info greatly appreciated

Ok so i have a 2018 silverado 5.3. After several months of hard work and lots of money I'm back at square one. The truck has seemed to have an electrical problem for some time now. There have been instances I have cut the truck off and running it and it would not fire back up immediately after I cut it off. Could hook up a battery charger and get the truck going. Long story short it left me stranded on the side of the road towed it to a shop changed fuse the entire fuse box out because of some corrosion still had problems. Towed truck to chevy dealership they done a compression test and 5 cylinders were not up to spec. They wanted 11000 for a new motor. Picked the truck up bought a used motor done a dod afm delete, texas speed stage 3 performance package headers, exhaust, stage 3 cam, ls7 lifters, hardened push rods, the whole deal. After completion fired the truck up after the engine turned over one time it sounded great. Got my tuner guy to come down logged into Hp I have the new wireless Bluetooth version btw, he hooked his laptop up we started the truck and it immediately started throwing reduced engine power code, stability trak, 4wd, power steering assist limited, basically limp mode with a few in relation to the tailgate being off for bumper repairs. Now the my guy can not even read the ecm. It's a brand new battery we checked voltage at the battery and everything was good. One of the metal terminals on top appeared to have gotten hot at some point and looked like it may have melted a little bit around the device that goes over top of the battery in one spot. Any information in regards to electrical problems would be greatly appreciated. I've been fighting with this demon for 4 or 5 months now to no avail.
